W artykule przedstawiono sposoby rozumienia pojęcia jasności prawa w koncepcjach Zygmunta Ziembińskiego i Chaïma Perelmana. Autor analizuje podobieństwa i różnice między koncepcjami. Zasadniczym rysem obu koncepcji jest przedstawienie malejącego przekonania o jasności przepisów prawa.

The paper presents the ways of understanding the term of legal clarity in the concepts of Zygmunt Ziembiński and Chaïm Perelman. The author analyzes similarities and differences between presented concepts. Their main feature is to provide a declining conviction of clarity of the provisions of law.
