Данная статья посвящена не только его жизненному пути и обстоятельствам смерти. Она является также попыткой пересмотра имеющихся в литературе данных на тему ксендза В. Ко-морницкого. Father Władysław Komornicki is among the lesser known and less frequently commemorated figures among the victims of the massacre on the Wulka Hills. The article examines not only his life and circumstances of his death. It is also an attempt to verify the data from the literature on Father Komornicki. In addition, the author provides information about the family context of his biography.
