The article characterizes NEONET S.A. and describes its merchandise supply process. There is also an example of the logistics of companies selling appliances and electronics. The article describes the procedures of goods supply and the reporting of variances from the original order. Special attention is given to the problems that merchandise companies have to solve in order to get the ordered goods on time and at the right price to the store or the customer’s home
