The purpose of the article is to study the current state and the prospects of innovative development of export-oriented industrial enterprises of Lviv region and of Ukraine on the basis of modern theory and practice in the field of economics and enterprise management. It is established that the innovative activity of Ukrainian industrial enterprises is at a rather low level with the prospect of further reduction. The key obstacles and difficulties arising on the way of innovative development of Ukrainian export-oriented industrial enterprises are highlighted. The ways of solving the problems of innovative development of export-oriented industrial enterprises in Ukraine are offered. The prospect of further research in this area is the study of key aspects of the development of export-oriented industrial enterprises with the prospect of development and increases their export potential.

Метою статті є обґрунтування теоретичних положень та розроблення практичних рекомендації з удосконалення інструментарію діагностики виробничої програми підприємства. Представлено порядок (загальну схему) розроблення виробничої програми підприємства. Доведено, що виробнича програма підприємства визначає склад (із номенклатури, асортименту і якості) та обсяги виготовлення продукції в натуральному і вартісному вираженні. Встановлено, що для розрахунку виробничої програми підприємства у вартісному відтворенні необхідно обчислити показники обсягу валової продукції, обсягу товарної продукції та обсягу реалізованої продукції. З’ясовано, що важливе значення у системі діагностики виробничої програми підприємства відіграє обчислення планової величини виробничої потужності підприємства. Перспективою подальших досліджень у даному напрямі є удосконалення полікритеріальної діагностики перспектив функціонування підприємств з урахуванням поданих результатів досліджень.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical positions and develop practical recommendations for improving the diagnostic toolkit of the enterprise's production program. The order (general scheme) of the production program of the enterprise is presented. It is proved that the production program of the enterprise determines the composition (from the nomenclature, the range and quality) and the volume of production in natural and value terms. It is established that in order to calculate the enterprise's production program in cost recovery, it is necessary to calculate the indicators of the volume of gross output, the volume of marketable products and the volume of sold products. It is revealed that the importance of the system of diagnostics of the production program of the enterprise is held by the calculation of the planned magnitude of the production capacity of the enterprise. The prospect of further research in this direction is to improve the polycriterial diagnostics of the prospects for the functioning of enterprises, taking into account the presented research results.

Метою статті є формування й розвиток теоретичних та методичних засад діагностики об’єктів інноваційної праці як інструменту підвищення інноваційної активності персоналу підприємства. Представлено структурну декомпозицію складових інноваційної праці на підприємстві. Встановлено, що програма проведення діагностики об’єктів інноваційної праці включає лінійний алгоритм, який складається з послідовності таких дій, як: 1) формулювання цілей діагностики; 2) визначення внутрішніх втрат у трудових процесах (оцінка організації праці і виробництва за бізнес-індикаторами: робочий час, ресурси та якість); 3) аналізування зовнішніх факторів та інноваційних ризиків; 4) оцінювання ресурсних можливостей; 5) визначення об’єктів інноваційної праці. З’ясовано, що: 1) результатом діагностики об’єктів інноваційної праці є визначення інноваційних можливостей у системі організації праці та виробництва, які є основою для розробки і впровадження інноваційних пропозицій, що спонукає підвищення інноваційної активності персоналу; 2) інноваційна активність персоналу підприємства залежить від багатьох факторів, серед яких важливе місце займає інноваційна стратегія підприємства. Перспективою подальших досліджень у даному напрямі є формування практичних рекомендацій з удосконалення системи часткових діагностичних цілей полікритеріальної економічної діагностики підприємства з урахуванням поданих результатів досліджень.

The purpose of the article is to form and develop theoretical and methodological foundations for the diagnostics of objects of innovative work as an instrument for increasing the innovation activity of the personnel of the enterprise. Structural decomposition of constituents of innovation work at the enterprise is presented. It was established that the program for diagnosing objects of innovation work includes a linear algorithm, which consists of a sequence of actions such as: 1) the formulation of diagnostic objectives; 2) determination of internal losses in labor processes (assessment of the organization of work and production by business indicators: working time, resources and quality); 3) analysis of external factors and innovation risks; 4) assessment of resource capacity; 5) identification of objects of innovation work. It was found out that: 1) the result of the diagnostics of objects of innovation work is the definition of innovative opportunities in the system of organization of labor and production, which are the basis for the development and implementation of innovative proposals, which prompts the increase of innovation activity of personnel; 2) innovative activity of the personnel of the company depends on many factors, among which the innovative enterprise strategy plays an important role. The prospect of further research in this direction is the formation of practical recommendations for improving the system of partial diagnostic purposes of the company's polycriterial economic diagnosis, taking into account the presented research results.

Метою статті є обґрунтування теоретичних положень та розроблення практичних рекомендацій з формування інструментарію для графічної оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Доведено, що графічна оцінка конкурентоспроможності підприємства та її інтерпретація ґрунтуються на аналітичній оцінці конкурентоспроможності підприємства. З’ясовано, що найбільш поширеним графічним методом (способом) оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства є побудова багатокутника конкурентоспроможності. Представлено приклад графічної побудови багатокутника конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Визначено, що ключовими (базовими) параметрами (бізнес-індикаторами) графічної оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства є: 1) ефективність функціонування (діяльності) підприємства (фінансово-економічна, виробнича, комерційна); 2) конкурентоспроможність продукції підприємства; 3) концентрованість ринку, на якому підприємство здійснює свою діяльність; 4) рівень менеджменту та якість трудового персоналу; 5) ефективність застосування інформаційних технологій в управлінні підприємством. Перспективою подальших досліджень у даному напрямі є розроблення аналітичного способу оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства на ринку.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical positions and develop practical recommendations for the development of the toolkit for graphical assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise. It is proved that the graphic assessment of enterprise competitiveness and its interpretation are based on an analytical assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise. It is revealed that the most common graphic method for assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise is the construction of a polygon of competitiveness. An example of graphic construction of a polygon of enterprise competitiveness is presented. It is determined that the key (basic) parameters (business indicators) of graphic evaluation of enterprise competitiveness are: 1) the efficiency of the operation (activity) of the enterprise (financial, economic, industrial, commercial); 2) the competitiveness of the company's products; 3) the concentration of the market in which the company operates; 4) level of management and quality of labor personnel; 5) efficiency of application of information technologies in the management of the enterprise. The prospect of further research in this area is the development of an analytical method for assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise on the market.

The conditions and grounds for liability for damage caused by a source of enhanced danger are considered. Determine the obligation to insure civil liability in obligations to compensate for damage caused by a source of enhanced danger. The scientific novelty is to analyze the national legislation on the legal regime of the source of high danger and to identify the elements of the danger of such sources.
