W artykule skoncentrowano się na problemie doboru metod implementacji strategii w przedsiębiorstwie. W celu sprawnej implementacji strategii w przedsiębiorstwie powinny być wykorzystywane te spośród metod, które w jak największym stopniu starają się wypełnić funkcje przyjęte w procesie implementacji strategii. Niemniej często na wybór metod wpływ ma szereg różnych uwarunkowań. Zaprezentowana w artykule koncepcja doboru metod implementacji strategii w przedsiębiorstwie opiera się na uwzględnieniu w procesie doboru metod kryteriów dotyczących warunków funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw oraz różnych uwarunkowań sytuacyjnych. W pierwszej części zaprezentowano zestawienie metod, które mogą być wykorzystywane do wdrażania strategii w przedsiębiorstwie. Następnie metody uporządkowano, biorąc pod uwagę obszar ich zastosowania. W ostatniej części zaprezentowano, biorąc pod uwagę różne kryteria dotyczące uwarunkowań funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw, możliwość zastosowania zaproponowanych metod.

This article focuses on selection methods in strategy implementation process. To achieve the goal of fluent strategy implementation in a company, an enterprise should, first of all, use those methods which cover major functions of strategy implementation. Often many other circumstances need to be taken into account. This article presents a view of analyzed problem providing for companies’ surroundings and different situational conditions. The first part contains study methods which can be used in strategy implementation in a company. All methods were chosen by the area of potential use. The last part points to the possibility of using previously shown methods taking into account selected circumstances of companies’ market activities. Considerations presented in the article are the first attempt to solve the problem of selecting methods of management strategy implementation in the company. They are also part of methodological considerations in the selection of methods in the process of solving management problems.

Proces implementacji strategii jest jednym z kluczowych elementów strategicznego zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Nieskuteczna realizacja przyjętej strategii najczęściej jest efektem błędów popełnionych w procesie jej realizacji. Szczególnie ważne jest zatem systemowe podejście, które pozwoli na identyfikację i uwzględnienie wszystkich istotnych aspektów. Dla systemu implementacji strategii szczególne znaczenie mają aspekty: przedmiotowy, czynnościowy, strukturalny i instrumentalny. Właśnie te aspekty były identyfikowane w badanych podmiotach z listy 500 przedsiębiorstw innowacyjnych według INE PAN. W wyniku badań zdiagnozowano, że w przedsiębiorstwach występują zaniedbania w zakresie rozwiązań strukturalnych w ramach implementacji strategii. Problemem jest również wykorzystywanie niewielkiej ilości instrumentów.

The process of strategy implementation is one of the key elements of strategic business management. The ineffective implementation of the adopted strategy is most often the result of mistakes made in the process of its implementation. A systematic approach that will allow identification and consideration of all relevant aspects is of particular importance. For the implementation system of the strategy, the following are of significant importance: the subject, functional, structural and instrumental aspect. These aspects were identified in the surveyed entities from the list of 500 innovative enterprises according to INE PAN. The survey was attended by 69 entities. As a result of research, it was diagnosed that in enterprises there is negligence in structural solutions within the implementation of the strategy. The problem is also posed by the use of a small number of instruments supporting implementation activities.
