The article deals with the local labour market considered from the point of view of problems and needs of employers, as well as their expectations towards graduates of economics. Research whose selected findings are included in the article focused on identifying expectations of employers from the Zachodniopomorskie region representing small, medium and large state and private enterprises within the scope of key attitudes and professional competences of graduates who had completed studies in economics.

Artykuł dotyczy lokalnego rynku pracy rozpatrywanego z punktu widzenia problemów, potrzeb i oczekiwań pracodawców wobec absolwentów kierunku ekonomicznego. Badania, których wybrane wyniki zostały zaprezentowane w niniejszym artykule, zostały ukierunkowane na identyfikację oczekiwań pracodawców z województwa zachodniopomorskiego reprezentujących małe, średnie i duże przedsiębiorstwa państwowe i prywatne w zakresie kluczowych postaw oraz kompetencji zawodowych absolwentów, którzy ukończyli studia na kierunku ekonomia.
