W artykule przytoczono wybrane definicje terminów Cloud Computing (przetwarzanie w chmurze). W dalszej kolejności omówiono funkcjonalności wybranych usług oferowanych na rynku. Uzyskane wyniki badań mogą okazać się pomocne w usprawnieniu wykorzystania tego typu systemów w biznesie.

The main objective of this paper is to make the characteristics of cloud computing in terms of using this approach in business. The article quoted the selected definitions of the terms cloud computing (cloud computing). As further discussed functionality of selected services CC offered on the market. The results obtained may be useful for improving the use of such systems in the business.

Przedstawione wyniki badań mogą być pomocne w opracowaniu planu i podejmowaniu działań, mających na celu wykorzystanie CI w działalności biznesowej.

The main purpose of this paper is to present an idea of Competitive Intelligence. To demonstrate this approach the prototype of a Competitive Intelligence is described. The structure of this paper is organized as follows: first, we provide an overview of the Competitive Intelligence. Next, the Competitive Intelligence concept and its components are presented in detail followed with a description of the prototype model. Finally, we summarize the key points of the research and give directions for future research.
