In addition to data analysis, equally important issue, is the appropriate presentation of the analysis results during the economic, social and demographic studies. Depending on the legibility of the used form, it may make it easier or more difficult to interpret and draw conclusions. Especially difficult is the presentation of multidimensional data, according to the limitations of traditional types of graphs. The paper presents a graphical presentation of the three-dimensional data in the form of the so-called "map of differentiation" that is suitably modified spatial graph. There were presented different types of maps, layers determination ways and examples of specific applications for cigarettes consumption and diversification of logistics in the Polish food processing data.

The paper describes risk management process on the basis of one of leading methodologies Prince2 in e-learning project management. There have been defined basic ideas connected with project risk and Prince2 methodology. The main aim is to show practical side of risk management, techniques used for risk identification and assessment, common mistakes of project leaders and managers as well as necessary document templates. The work contains numerous tables and schemes which are aimed at better presentation of the discussed problem.

W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań nad modelowaniem tzw. indeksu korupcji (ang. Failed States Index). Zbudowano i porównano model regresji wielorakiej z drzewem regresyjnym. Badania zostały oparte na podstawie danych publikowanych przez niezależną organizację The Fund for Peace. Jako potencjalne zmienne zostały wybrane zmienne udostępnione na stronie internetowej Banku Światowego. Wstępne wyniki jednoznacznie wskazują, że drzewo regresyjne lepiej odzwierciedla zmienność parametru niż model regresji wielorakiej.

This paper presents the results of research on corruption index modeling (Failed States Index). The multiple regression model was constructed and compared with the regression tree. The research was based on the data published by an independent organization The Fund for Peace. Predictors were selected from a set of variables available on the website of the World Bank. The preliminary results clearly indicate that the regression tree better reflects the variation of the parameter than the multiple regression model.
