The key concepts related to the essence of subject are presented in this article. Authors describe essence of international economic organizations and its categorization. Besides they explain the concept of International Economic Organizations functioning efficiency. The results of some aspects of analysis of International Economic Organizations functioning efficiency in the case of Poland’s’ membership in WTO are showed.
