This article clarifies the concept of "vocational training", by which we mean the process of human management on the mastery of their knowledge, skills or abilities and the development of professional skills of the person. It was determined that training of future professionals in the centers of technical and vocational education combines professional practice and professional theoretical training, which is based on the didactic principles of future workers education (training and education on the basis of productive work, learning at the level of modern transport and equipment based on the best practices of labor, scientific, accessible and affordable education, the visibility in the training, stages of training, operational knowledge, transfer of skills, awareness and activity of students under the leadership of master of industrial training). Under the principles of industrial education we understand the original guidelines that define the content, organizational forms, means, methods of training and education that the worker is guided in his practical activities. Knowledge of such principles, their proper application in accordance with the professional orientation of pupils of their age characteristics and individual characteristics will allow the trainers to reach the heights in the training of future workers. Definition and justification of pedagogical conditions of future workers’ training in the centers of vocational education gives us the opportunity to outline their groups, namely: organizational conditions influencing the formation of students’ abilities to educational activities through the specific organization of the process under study (pedagogically correct organization of the educational process of future workers; creating a favorable environment for the educational activities of students); the second group of conditions for motivation of educational activity is focused in the development of students’ needs in self-education and self-improvement; the third group contains the instrumental-technological condition which lies in system-sequential self-improvement; the third group contains the instrumental-technological condition which lies in system-sequential formation of “skills to study” of future qualified workers

The article clarified the concept of information culture and information culture of the secondary school students, revealed the concept of “cyber-bullying”, which in the form of aggression involves violent acts with the aim of bringing harm or humiliation of the person using the information and communication tools, mobile phones, e-mail, social networks and the like; reasonable construction of the model of development of information culture of the participants in the educational process in secondary schools, namely solved its structural components (methodological and normative). It was found out that the methodological basis of creation in secondary schools of a model of development of information culture of the participants of the educational process is a representation of the handling of the educational process in the GЕI, which are clarified by allocating time characteristics of the control object. Also it is determined that the legal base of educational process management in the education institutions is a dynamic information system, which has external (global, national and regional) and internal components. Dynamism of the legal framework makes it necessary to develop activities and resources of the organization of information flows. The study is structured in the stages of formation of information culture of the participants in the educational process in the school. The conditions (understanding of the role of information in society, knowledge of information resources and commitment to their perception, the ability to search for information and select it from a variety of sources, the ability to analytical processing, use and creation of a new information, cyber-bullying prevention), components (the experience practice; the communicative experience of the person; the experience of creativity; communication expertise) of the development of information culture of the participants of the educational process at school and levels (high, good, medium, and low) and their formation are defined. It is concluded that the creation and realization of the model of formation of the information culture of the participants of the educational process in the secondary schools is vital for our time and society. The realization of this model is possible in any education institution at any stage of development of the information educational environment.

This article clarified the main tasks of industrial training in the centers of the future auto mechanics vocational education among which we highlight: the formation and improvement of skills and abilities; development of skills to the restructuring of existing skills; mastery of professional skills. It was found out that training of future auto mechanics in the centers of technical and vocational education includes two parts: professional and practical and theoretical vocational training. The features of job training of future auto mechanics in the centers of vocational education are characterized. It was determined that in the process of vocational training of future auto mechanics, a system of professional skills is developed, their formation according to professional interests is done, skills to apply knowledge in practical activities are formed, future work necessary to master the basics of professional experience and professional skills is done. Training of future auto mechanics takes place in the workshops. Industrial training in contrast to theoretical learning has some features: the basis of industrial training is the productive labor of students, which is a subject to decision of the educational tasks; the process of industrial training is aimed at developing future mechanics and skills specific to their profession; the process of industrial training is based on close interaction between theory, practice and practical skills, which are formed on the fundamental basis. The author substantiates didactic principles of industrial training of future auto mechanics in the centers of vocational education (training and education on the basis of productive work, learning at the level of modern transport and equipment, on the basis of advanced methods of work, science, accessibility and affordable training, presentation in training, the phasing of training, knowledge, efficiency, transfer of skills, awareness and activity of students under the leadership of the master of inservice training).
