This article discusses issues related to the legal-linguistic comparative analysis of the translation of a legal text in Polish and German using the example of employment contracts. The author of the article attempts to show the possibility of applying the insights from broad jurislinguistics in the translation of legal texts. The results of the analysis are aimed at eliminating linguistic errors in the translation of legal texts.

W artykule omówione zostały zagadnienia związane z prawno-językową analizą porównawczą tłumaczenia tekstu prawnego w języku polskim i niemieckim na przykładzie umowy o pracę. Autorka artykułu podejmuje próbę ukazania możliwości zastosowania zagadnień dotyczących szeroko pojętej juryslingwistyki w perspektywie przekładu tekstów prawnych. Wyniki analizy mają na celu eliminację błędów językowych w tłumaczeniu tekstów prawnych.
