In her contribution, the author links her long time personal experiences from two areas of applied psychology. Following her previous article (2009, Vol. 3, No. 4) on personal and collective identity and on the background of reflections on typical phenomena of our days, the author compares different theories and approaches to personality in human resources management and in psychoanalysis.

Navazuje na svůj předchozí článek (2009, roč. 3, č. 4) věnující se tématu osobní a kolektivní identity a na pozadí úvah o typických fenoménech dnešní doby srovnává odlišná pojetí a přístupy k osobnosti panující v oblasti personalistiky a v psychoanalýze.
