This article will discuss the conditions of decision-making in crime. In this case we are talking about crimes motivated by conscious motives. Particular attention will be paid to take into account the process of making the calculation of gains and losses by the offender and his perception being of arrested. The paper will also take account of issues of correctional treatment in the context of informed criminal decisions.

Artykuł stanowi omówienie uwarunkowań procesu podejmowania decyzji przestępczych, motywowanych świadomymi pobudkami. Szczególna uwaga skierowana została na uwzględnienie samego procesu dokonywania kalkulacji zysków i strat przez przestępcę oraz postrzegania przez niego ryzyka aresztowania. Tekst podejmuje również problematykę pedagogiki resocjalizacyjnej w kontekście świadomych decyzji przestępczych.
