The author of the paper emphasizes the importance of e-commerce websites functionality. The article discusses the criteria for the assessment of e-stores functionality and describes selected e-stores offering sports equipment. The results of the research into the functionality of these stores are shown on a number of charts. Finally, the paper presents conclusions drawn from the research, the ranking of e-stores and information regarding e-traffic generated by these websites.

Artykuł zwraca uwagę na stosunkowo nową formę dydaktyki, jaką jest nauczanie na odległość – tzw. e-learning. Zawarto w nim podstawowe informacje o istocie tej techniki dydaktyki i podano jej zalety oraz wady. Zaprezentowano również stan zaawansowania prac i plany w zakresie wdrażania platformy edukacyjnej e-learningu w szczecińskich uczelniach wyższych.

The article draws attention to the relatively new form of didactics which is distance learning – the so-called e-learning. The article contains basic information about the essence of this didactics technique and its advantages and disadvantages. The article also presents the state of progress of works and plans for implementing the e-learning educational format in Szczecin's universities.
