W tekście przedstawiono praktyczne aspekty powstania Regionalnego Centrum Ratownictwa Witnicy. Gmina Witnica zaczęła swe działania od pozyskania do swego pomysłu sojuszników zarówno po polskiej, jak i po niemieckiej stronie granicy. Dzięki działaniom możliwe było zbudowanie tzw. transgranicznego montażu finansowego, stanowiącego podstawę do starań o dofinansowanie z Unii Europejskiej.

The text presents the practical aspects of establishing the Witnica Regional Rescue Center. The Witnica commune began its activities by gaining allies for its idea, both on the Polish and on the German side of the border. Thanks to the activities, it was possible to build the so-called cross-border financial assembly, which is the basis for applying for funding from the European Union.
