Artykuł omawia problematykę związaną z kredytem kupieckim jako jednym ze sposobów finansowania działalności gospodarczej. Problem kredytu kupieckiego poddaje się analizie zarówno w odniesieniu do udzielającego, jak i korzystającego. W pierwszej części analizuje się typologię kredytów konsumenckich, w kolejnych porusza się problem wiarygodności kontrahenckiej w obrocie gospodarczym.

The article discusses the issues related to the trade credit as one of the methods of financing business operations. The problem of trade credit is analyzed both in relation to the grantor and the user. In the first part, the typology of consumer loans is analyzed, in the following part the problem of contractor reliability in the course of trade is discussed.

Artykuł opisuje zarządzanie wierzytelnościami (należnościami) w aspekcie konieczności utrzymania wysokiej płynności finansowej w przedsiębiorstwie. Zarządzanie wierzytelnościami, jako że stanowi ono kluczowy aspekt zarządzania płynnością finansową, zostało poddane analizie z punktu widzenia narzędzi oferowanych przez rynek finansowy. Zaprezentowano mechanizmy związane z zastosowaniem faktoringu i forfaitingu jako narzędzi sprzyjających utrzymaniu płynności finansowej oraz skutecznemu zarządzaniu wierzytelnościami w przedsiębiorstwie.

The article discusses management of receivables in the aspect of the need to maintain high financial liquidity in the enterprise. Debt management, as a key aspect of financial liquidity management, has been analyzed from the point of view of the tools offered by the financial market. The paper presents mechanisms related to the use of factoring and forfeiting as tools conducive to maintaining financial liquidity and effective management of debts in the enterprise.
