Polish law regulators have anticipated nontypical employment rules, especially due to the various types of employment agreement as well as work organisation and various work tirne system. They differ from the traditional employment based on the employer-employee relationship in the permanent job agreement: fuli time, fixed hours daily and weekly, fixed working place. In looking for the new forms of employment it is important not to forget about employment law regulations aiming at the employees' protection. The protection of the employee as a person is particularly important in the condition of unstabile labour markets threatened by high unemployment risk. The main causes of new employment's form are world demographic and social trends, globalisation and new technologies as well as new technologies and IT services.
