The article attempts to trace the digital forms of communication and the activity of the National Museum in Warsaw and the Zachęta National Gallery of Art in social media over the course of a year from the issue of the ordinance on the temporary limitation of their functioning. The author, based on the analysis of data from social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, indicates significant changes in the method of creating messages, the frequency of their publication or the variety of forms of communication in a pandemic reality. At the same time, author observes the changes in the field of sharing exhibitions, online exhibition practices and the activity of users in social media of cultural institutions and the specificity of cyber-reception of a work of art.

Artykuł został poświęcony tematyce pomocy publicznej. Na początku została przedstawiona definicja pomocy publicznej oraz różne jej formy. Opisane zostały również rodzaje pomocy oraz ważna zasada w tej dziedzinie de minimis. Celem artykułu było przybliżenie pojęcia pomocy publicznej oraz stwierdzenie słuszności jej przyznawania upadającym, polskim spółkom. Jako przykłady pomocy publicznej w ostatniej części posłużyły Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT oraz Przewozy Regionalne. W tej części artykułu podane zostały informacje ogólne o spółkach oraz przedstawione przyczyny zaistniałych problemów. Ponadto, analizie zostały poddane ich sprawozdania finansowe, zarówno przed, jak i po dokonanym dzięki udzielonej pomocy procesom restrukturyzacyjnym.

The article was devoted to the subject of state aid. The first part presents the definition of state aid and its various forms. The types of aid and an important principle in this fieldde minimis have also been described. The aim of the article was to present the concept of state aid and to state it vadility to award it to collapsed Polish companies.As examples of public aid, in the last part were used by LOT Polish Airlines and Przewozy Regionalne. This part of the article provides general information about companies and the causeof the problems.In addition, their financial statements have been analyzed, both before and after the restructuring processes made thanks to the provided state aid.
