Abstrakt: Pozycja międzynarodowa Federacji Rosyjskiej w drugiej dekadzie XXI wieku - wybrane aspekty Celem podjętym w artykule jest analiza pozycji międzynarodowej Federacji Rosyjskiej w drugiej dekadzie XXI wieku. W części otwierającej zostały scharakteryzowane podstawy ideologiczne polityki Rosji, które są kluczowe dla interpretacji jej aktywności na arenie międzynarodowej, szczególnie dotyczącej zjawisk wpływających na pozycjonowanie: aneksji Krymu i zaangażowania w konflikt na wschodzie Ukrainy oraz w syryjską wojnę. Podkreślając znaczenie ideologii w linii politycznej kreowanej przez Władimira Putina, autorka dokonuje analizy rosyjskich działań w Syrii i na Ukrainie, starając się je wkomponować w najważniejsze założenia polityki Federacji Rosyjskiej. Finalnie autorka podjęła się wskazania negatywnych i pozytywnych aspektów tej aktywności dla pozycji Rosji w stosunkach międzynarodowych. Słowa kluczowe: Federacja Rosyjska, Władimir Putin, konflikty zbrojne, bezpieczeństwo międzynarodowe, pozycja międzynarodowa   Abstract: International position of the Russian Federation in the second decade of the 21st century - selected aspects The goal of the article is to analyze the international position of the Russian Federation in the second decade of the 21st century. In the opening part, the ideological foundations of Russia’s policy have been characterized, which are crucial for the interpretation of its activity in the international arena, especially regarding phenomena affecting the positioning of the Crimea annexation and involvement in the conflict in eastern Ukraine and the Syrian war. Emphasizing the importance of ideology in the political line created by Vladimir Putin, the author analyzes Russian actions in Syria and Ukraine, trying to incorporate them into the most important assumptions of the policy of the Russian Federation. Finally, the author undertook to indicate the negative and positive aspects of this activity for Russia’s position in international relations.Key words: Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, armed conflicts, international security, international position

The aim of the article is to characterize the positions of: the Russian Federation, Moldova and the unrecognized Transnistrian Republic of Moldova against the presence of Russian armed forces in the Transnistrian area and the motivation of actions taken in this matter. In the first part of the work, efforts were concentrated on presenting the origins of the creation of a state not recognized in the borders of Moldova and the significance of this process of Russian formation. Next, there was presented the approach of interested parties to the problem of allocating Russian forces in Transnistria. In addition, the voice of the broadly understood international community (UN GA resolution) had been taken into account. The inclusion of this issue in the new defense strategy of Moldova (2018) was also emphasized. Events in the second decade of the 21st century were considered the priority.

Celem artykułu jest charakterystyka stanowisk: Federacji Rosyjskiej, Mołdawii i nieuznawanej Naddniestrzańskiej Republiki Mołdawskiej wobec obecności rosyjskich sił zbrojnych na obszarze Naddniestrza oraz motywacja działań podjętych w tej kwestii. W pierwszej części pracy skoncentrowano wysiłki na przedstawieniu genezy powstania państwa nieuznawanego w granicach Mołdawii i znaczenia dla tego procesu formacji rosyjskich. Następnie zaprezentowano podejście zainteresowanych stron do problemu alokacji sił rosyjskich w Naddniestrzu. Ponadto uwzględniono głos szeroko pojętej społeczności międzynarodowej (rezolucja ZO ONZ). Zaakcentowano również uwzględnienie tego zagadnienia w nowej strategii obrony Mołdawii (2018). Za priorytet uznano wydarzenia zaistniałe w drugiej dekadzie XXI w.

The article aims to explain Navalny’s team’s political strategy after his arrest, focusing on the activity before the State Duma elections. This is an important issue from the point of view of the impact of leadership on a political organization in a system evolving from a hybrid regime to an authoritarian regime. As confirmed by the author’s research, the organization adapts to new conditions without a leader. Still, it is predestined to disintegrate and reduce the effectiveness of implementing the updated political strategy.
