Poniższy artykuł to esej przeglądowy dotyczący monografii Macieja Jakubowiaka pod tytułem Nieuchronny plagiat, w której autor dowodzi, że dyskurs prawnoautorski wpływa na sposób myślenia o literaturze i tworzenia jej. W artykule zrekonstruowano krok po kroku drogę dociekań autora, które prowadzą go ku przedstawionemu wnioskowi, oraz wysunięto szereg uwag pozwalających spojrzeć na część przyjętych założeń i wniosków szczegółowych z nieco innej perspektywy.

The following article is an overview essay concerning the monograph Inevitable plagiarism. Copyright law in modern literary discourse by Maciej Jakubowiak, where the author sets out to prove that the copyright discourse influences the way literature is thought of and created. The article recreates on a step by step basis the author’s reasoning which leads him to the aforementioned conclusion and offers a number of insights allowing a reader to look at some of the accepted premises and detail-oriented conclusions from a slightly different angle.
