Przedmiotem artykułu jest przedstawienie wpływu norm etycznych na proces stanowienia, stosowania, wykonywania, a także przestrzegania prawa. Z jednej strony chodzi o rolę etyki w działalności organów władzy publicznej na różnych etapach urzeczywistniania norm prawnych, z drugiej — o etyczne uzasadnienie dla podporządkowania się prawu przez jego adresatów. Szczególnie w sferze stosowania prawa odniesienie do norm etycznych następuje także w zakresie samej organizacji grup zawodowo zajmujących się prawem.

The subject of this article is to present the influence of ethical norms in the process of lawmaking, application, execution as well as compliance with the law. On the one hand, the issue is the role of ethics in the activity of public authorities in their various stages of carrying out legal norms, but on the other hand the point is an ethical justification of complying with the law by its addressees. Especially in the sphere of applying the law, the reference to ethical norms also occurs in the scope of the mere organization of groups professionally dealing with the law.
