Konkurencyjność jest pojęciem bardzo rozległym, obejmującym wszystkie dziedziny życia, jest ona tematem wielu rozważań naukowych. W niniejszym artykule podjęto próbę przedstawienia konkurencyjności polskich producentów taboru szynowego na przykładzie trzech wybranych firm. Artykuł ukazuje jak duży wpływ wywierają na siebie firmy będące uczestnikami tego samego rynku zbytu, oferujących bardzo zbliżony asortyment. Oparty został na badaniu sprawozdań finansowych przedsiębiorstw z okresu przypadającego na lata 2004–2010.

Competitiveness is a very broad, covering all areas of life, it is the subject of many scientific consideration. This article attempts to present the competitiveness of Polish manufacturers of rolling stock on the example of three selected companies. The article shows how much influence they have on each other, offering a similar range. Article is based on a study of the accounts of the period of the 2004-2010.
