Reaktywowanie w październiku 1919 roku Uniwersytetu Stefana Batorego w Wilnie (USB), postawiło przed ówczesnymi władzami Wydziału Prawa i Nauk Społecznych niezwykle trudne zadanie zorganizowania odpowiednich struktur na płaszczyźnie Katedr.

The institution of “poor law” has a long history. The regulations adopted in the Polish civil law of the interwar period guaranteed free and unfettered access to the courts for the parties. The introduction of the “right of the poor” was justified by litigation, fiscal and social reasons. The Code of Civil Procedure defined the criteria for the use of this institution, entitled entities, as well as the effects of granting “poor law”.

Instytucja „prawa ubogich” ma długą historię. Przepisy przyjęte w polskim prawie cywilnym okresu międzywojennego gwarantowały stronom swobodny i nieskrępowany dostęp do sądów.
The first Georgian Parliament was formed during the reign of Queen Tamara I. The Karavi had full legislative power and very broad range of other powers. Until the twentieth century there had been no longer any initiatives concerning the foundations of Parliament. This condition changed in 1918, when after the declaration of independence, Georgian parliamentarism began to emerge. However, the initiative was stopped in 1921, when Georgia lost its independence again.
