Artykuł prezentuje kluczowe wnioski płynące z monitoringu oferty mieszkaniowej spółek deweloperskich prowadzących działalność na siedmiu najbardziej rozwiniętych rynkach nieruchomości w kraju, tj. w Warszawie, Krakowie, Wrocławiu, Poznaniu, Gdańsku, Łodzi oraz Katowicach. Z danych zebranych bezpośrednio z rynku wynika, że mimo iż, wśród deweloperów zapanował optymizm, skutkiem czego ruszyło wiele nowych inwestycji mieszkaniowych, jest jeszcze za wcześniej by wskazywać na zdecydowaną poprawę sytuacji rynkowej. Badanie przeprowadzane jest przez Dział Badań i Analiz firmy Emmerson S.A. w cyklu kwartalnym.

The article presents key conclusions from the complex monitoring of the current apartment offer of all development companies operating on the seven most developed multi-family housing markets in Poland such as Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk, Lodz and Katowice. Data taken from the market lead to the conclusion that although an optimism had recently spread among property developers and a lot of new projects were commenced, it is still too early to claim the market situation improved significantly. The research is being prepared every quarter by Market Research Department at Emmerson.
