Artykuł koncentruje się na handlu pomiędzy Japonią a Polską, w latach 2000-2010, wykorzystując SITC (Międzynarodową Standardową Klasyfikacją Handlu), identyfikując tendencje występujące wśród jednej grupy klasyfikacyjnej: Żywność i żywe zwierzęta. Analiza eksportu i importu między Japonią a Polską pokazuje duże zmiany w handlu z Japonią i dużego rosnąca różnicą bilansu handlowego. Ponadto importowane i eksportowane grupy towarów pokazują różnice rynkowe i popytowe w Japonii.

The article focuses on trade between Japan and Poland, in 2000-2010 years, using the SITC (Standard International Trade Classification), identifying trends occurring among one of classification group: Food and live animals. Analysis of exports and imports between Japan and Poland shows big changes in trade with Japan and the large growing difference in the trade balance. Furthermore the imported and exported groups of products show market differences and demand in Japan.

The aim of the article is to present selected practices of human resource management in social enterprises. The publication describes the success of a social entrepreneur, the contextual determinants of achieving the success of social enterprises, and the typologies of factors determining the success of social enterprises. Human resource management in a social enterprise is a complex process with regard to which there is still a lack of comprehensive knowledge and developed, fully tested tools. The study describes the specificity of managing a social enterprise. The article is supplemented by a description of human resource management and human resource management practices in social enterprises. The possibilities offered by proper human resource management create conditions for the effective management of the company with the set mission and specific strategic goals of the company. It can certainly be stated that social organizations that develop ambitious and valuable strategies and that approach each of the elements of the human resource management process with due diligence.The last of the issues raised in this article is the characteristics of the competences of a social entrepreneur, where knowledge of the competences required to social is an asset to any organization.

Celem artykułu jest prezentacja wybranych praktyk zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w przedsiębiorstwach społecznych. W publikacji opisano sukces społecznego przedsiębiorcy, kontekstowe uwarunkowania osiągania sukcesu przedsiębiorstw społecznych oraz typologie czynników decydujących o sukcesie przedsiębiorstw społecznych. Zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi w przedsiębiorstwie społecznym jest procesem złożonym, względem którego ciągle brak jest wyczerpującej wiedzy i wypracowanych, w pełni sprawdzonych narzędzi. W opracowaniu dokonano charakterystyki specyfiki zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem społecznym. Uzupełnienia artykułu dokonuje opis zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi i praktyki zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w przedsiębiorstwach społecznych. Możliwości, które daje właściwe zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi, stwarza warunki do skutecznego zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem przy wyznaczonej misji oraz określonych celach strategicznych firmy.  Z całą pewnością można stwierdzić, że organizacje społeczne, które opracowują ambitne i wartościowe strategie oraz które podchodzą z należytą starannością do każdeg z elementów procesu zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi Ostatnią z poruszonych kwestii w tym artykule jest charakterystyka kompetencji przedsiębiorcy społecznego, gdzie znajomość kompetencji wymaganych do zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem społecznym jest atutem każdej organizacji.

Artykuł definiuje funkcjonowanie żeglugi autonomicznej i analizuje istniejące ważne projekty mające na celu opracowanie i wdrożenie odpowiedniej technologii. Opisano problematykę rozwoju statków autonomicznych oraz scharakteryzowano najważniejsze wyzwania. Przedstawiono spektrum zastosowań i możliwości statków bezzałogowych w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa. Obecnie duże nadzieje pokłada się w funkcjonowaniu statków bezzałogowych. Mają być nie tylko bardziej ekonomiczne, ale także przyczyniać się do ochrony środowiska. Opracowanie technologii pozwalającej na budowę statków i ich bezpieczną eksploatację to nie jedyne zadanie stojące przed entuzjastami żeglugi autonomicznej. Ważne jest również opracowanie i wdrożenie odpowiednich ram regulacyjnych, które pozwolą na legalną eksploatację takich statków

The main goal of the article is to present the problems of the development of autonomous ships and to characterize the most important challenges. The article provides a description of autonomous ships and studies the existing relevant projects. It presents a spectrum of applications and possibilities of unmanned ships in the field of security. Currently, high hopes are placed on the functioning of unmanned ships. They are not only to be more economical but also to contribute to environmental protection. Developing a technology that allows the construction of ships and their safe operation is not the only task faced by enthusiasts of unmanned vessels. It is also important to develop and implement proper regulatory framework that will allow the legal operation of such ships.
