The article includes the results of research on the usability of the Torun University Library website. The aim of the research was the detection of errors which might have been influencing the effectiveness of the website use. The evaluation was performed with the usability test. The results of the research in question provide information on the problems encountered by the users while performing tasks prepared by the research group.
