In this scientific article was reviewed and grounded topicality of and the need for an individual personality traits in learning. Personal features are described and analyzed in their reflection on academic potential of students. On the basis of questionnaires of K. G. Jung have been studied academic groups of students and results on the typology of individuals, these results can be used in pedagogical activity for larger productivity of the learning process. One of the main psychological and pedagogical principles of activity of the person in training is the integration of the system of requirements to the organization of activity of subjects of pedagogical creativity, consisting of joint activities of students and teachers. The need for an individual approach due to the fact that any impact on the individual refracted through his personality, because of «internal conditions», without which cannot be truly effective upbringing and educational process. Individual features influence the development of personality; they are largely due to the formation of all qualities. Taking into account the individual characteristics and increases in the level of education, teachers and students work easier when you know which features you can rely on work. Collaboration between students and teachers is the main principle of an effective work. Appropriately chosen method is only the first level of training, but when the question of promotion to a higher level of knowledge, skills, and abilities, there is necessarily assumed formation of peculiar ways of action, determined individual to individual. Ignoring these methods can be an obstacle to achieving good results in the development of abilities of the individual. Individual approach to the student assumes basically no empirical evidence, and deep scientific knowledge of individual human characteristics. Taking into account the individual characteristics and increases in the level of education, teachers and students work it is easier when you know which features you can rely on at work. Collaboration between students and teachers is the main principle of an effective work. To improve the performance of the organization of educational process in higher educational establishment is desirable to create such psychological and pedagogical conditions in which students can take an active personal position and to express fully itself as a subject of creative activity. Necessary provisions in the educational process are: create problem situations that lead to the search for independent decisions; use video-trainings that give the possibility to simulate real creative and production environment and the like.
