Zanim pomysły nasze sczezną wraz z nami o zapomnianych projektach reformy prawa rodzinnego

Dawno temu kilku wrocławskich prawników przygotowało najmniej kilkadziesiąt projektów reformy polskiego prawa rodzinnego. Nieliczne z nich zostały uchwalone, także w Konstytucji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Wiele jednak zostało zapomnianych. W artykule przypomniano tylko pięć z tych propozycji. Przewidują one ochronę więzi uczuciowych dziecka, ochronę prawa do imienia przysposabianego dziecka oraz prawa do wyboru własnego imienia, dopuszczalność wszczęcia postępowania o adopcję przed narodzeniem dziecka oraz dopuszczalność wskazania przez rodzica osoby, która powinna być opiekunem dziecka po śmierci jego matki lub ojca.

Long time ago, some of the Wroclaw’s lawyers have prepared at least tens of projects of the family law reform. A few of them have been enacted, also in the Polish Constitution. However, many of them have been forgotten. Only five of these proposals are pointed out in this article. They provide protection of the emotional ties, protection of the right to the name of the adopted child, acceptability of the proceedings for adoption before child’s birth and acceptability of the indication by a parent guardian of a child after mother`s or father’s death.
