The aim of the article from the category of literature review, based on my own research, was to identify features deciding on market value of protected knowledge. Every enterprise tries to take these features into consideration to carry out effective business activity and maintain a strong position in the market. The activity involves not only creating and implementing knowledge, but also disseminating it. Many problems connected with market value of protected knowledge have not been solved yet.
