LP2I - Lycée Pilote Innovant International (transl. the Innovative Pilot International High School) is a French secondary school in Jaunay-Clan, a small town near Poitiers in France. This high school, just like any other school in France, employs universal methods in three thematic areas: the humanities, science and economic &social sciences. It is additionally oriented towards new technologies. LP2I stresses the importance of students’ autonomy and aims at developing students’ interests in various fields. How are these goals achieved? ACF – Activités Complémentaires de Formation (transl. supplementary classes, trainers) are designed to develop creativity and responsibility through the creation of an interdisciplinary project related to the interests of the student. In turn, under the BAS (Besoins, Approfondissement, Soutien) students can attend afternoon classes, compensatory activities or classes which allow them to deepen their knowledge of the given subject. In this paper, I discuss how these projects are launched, as well how they benefit the students.

Souks have undergone functional and spatial changes in the Moroccan medinas since colonial times due to the tourist activities. The rate of the changes increased at the end of the 20th century because of the expansion of tourism projects. However, there are no publications on the evolution of Moroccan souks in the context of tourism development. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to determine the types of transformations the souks underwent as a result of the dynamic development in this sector of economy. The research focused on two imperial cities: Marrakech and Rabat. Data for analysis was obtained through observations and ifeld interviews in 2014 and by bibliographic query. A retrospective study was carried out which included identification of mechanisms afecting the contemporary organization and physiognomy of the commercial streets. The authors' work allowed for an identification of development phases of the Moroccan souks under the influence of tourism.

International collaboration in education has resulted in an increasing number of participants in educational exchanges at various stages of education. Taking part in a foreign intercultural exchange is an important experience, associated with a half a year or a year-long immersion in another culture and with the return home. Changing the residence country for a certain period, learners consciously undertake the tasks aimed at familiarization with the new culture, language, customs or behaviours. Few of them think about the difficulties associated with the comeback. The presented research results show that, during the exchange, learners were able to build their strategy of functioning in the host family and country. As a result, this helped them to handle the difficulties of the reverse culture shock, which is manifested by the optimistic-active strategy applied by most of the learners after returning home.
