This article concerns the proceedings regarding the change of the building permit. Its subject is the procedure for changing the building permit and the relationship between the provisions of the Building Law Act and the Code of Administrative Procedure. The article deals with the rules applying to investors in the instances of significant diversions from the building project.

Artykuł dotyczy zasad obowiązujących inwestorów budowlanych  podczas istotnych odstęp od projektu budowalnego.
