This paper is concerned with the basis and principles of library ethics perceived as standards of library staff behaviour and their ethical attitudes. This article results in not only a study of German libraries standards but also compares these standards to Estonian and Polish ones. The author formulates some conclusions with regards to this content and the management of the proces of developing ethic codes for both the professions of the librarian and the information researcher. This paper gives a clear picture of the current situation and highlights the necessity of analysing the needs and making appropriate changes.

Artykuł dotyczy podstaw i zasad etyki bibliotekarskiej, czyli standardów zachowań pracowników bibliotek wraz z ich podstawami etycznymi. Opracowanie to jest wynikiem nie tylko badania systemu bibliotek niemieckich, ale także porównania go z systemami w Estonii i Polsce. Pozwoliło ono na wyciągnięcie wniosków w zakresie treści oraz zarządzania procesem rozwoju kodeksów etyki dla zawodu bibliotekarza i pracownika informacji naukowej. Dało przejrzysty obraz panującej sytuacji, a także wskazało na konieczność analizy potrzeb i dokonania odpowiednich zmian.

The theoretical part of the article is augmented by surveys results, which purpose is to prove how important is the understanding of control participants.

W artykule przedstawiono problem atmosfery towarzyszącej kontrolom wewnętrznym przeprowadzanym w bibliotekach naukowych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem postaw i relacji obydwu stron, tj. kontrolujących i kontrolowanych pracowników biblioteki. Część teoretyczną artykułu uzupełniają wyniki ankiety, mającej na celu wykazać, jak ważne jest porozumienie i współpraca pomiędzy stronami podczas procesu kontroli.

Knowledge management is a field of management dealing with the use of knowledge, methods, and tools to effectively coordinate complex and unique projects. In accordance with this definition, project knowledge can be treated as a useful resource of information that allows projects to be implemented in compliance with its objectives: time, costs, and quality of results. Knowledge in the activity of an organization, including in the implementation of projects, has for many years been an area of interest to researchers, who confirmed its key importance for building permanent competitive advantages of companies and enterprises. In project management, this issue takes on a new character, as it is transferred to the field of dynamic, time restricted, temporary, and team-implemented projects. The aim of this paper is to present the results of a survey regarding the use of practices of knowledge management in projects in international organizations and to show that the concept of knowledge management in projects is a tool conducive to spreading the process of globalization.

Jasna Góra devotional writings are inextricably linked with Jasna Góra Monastery as a the center of pilgrimage and the cult of the miraculous picture of Our Lady of Częstochowa. As early as the seventeenth century Jasna Góra had formed, besides its religious and pastoral significance, a thriving center for impressive written culture influencing the population through devotional utilitarian literature produced in the monastery. The very nature of these books was dictated primarily by particular needs of Jasna Góra as a hub for pilgrimage. Jasna Góra drew crowds of pilgrims, venerating the painting of Our Lady, not only from the territories of the Polish Commonwealth but also from Silesia, Moravia and Hungary. The Pauline Fathers (of the Order of St. Paul the First Hermit) were very much involved in this mass pilgrimage movement. They reached for and appealed to pilgrims through printed word in the form of prayer books that also propagated literary images of saints. The life of Jasna Góra as a holy place, the biggest pilgrimage center in Poland, was reflected in the writings produced here in the seventeenth and the eighteenth centuries.

Jasnogórskie piśmiennictwo dewocyjne nierozerwalnie związane jest z Jasną Górą jako ośrodkiem kultu cudownego obrazu. Już od XVII wieku Jasna Góra obok ośrodka religijnego i duszpasterskiego stanowiła również prężny ośrodek kultury piśmiennej, oddziałującej na społeczeństwo przez dewocyjną książkę użytkową. Charakter tych książek podyktowany był przede wszystkim szczególnymi potrzebami Jasnej Góry jako ośrodka pielgrzymkowego. Jasna Góra, ze swym łaskami słynącym obrazem, była celem licznych pielgrzymek nie tylko z całego państwa polskiego, ale także ze Śląska, Moraw i Węgier. Paulini wobec masowego ruchu pątniczego nie pozostawali bierni. Docierali do pątników przez słowo drukowane w formie modlitewników, które popularyzowały również treści literackie. Życie Jasnej Góry jako miejsca świętego, największego ośrodka pielgrzymkowego w Polsce, znalazło odbicie w piśmiennictwie jasnogórskim XVII-XVIII wieku.

Koncepcja kapitału społecznego, spotykając się początkowo z entuzjastycznym przyjęciem, stała się następnie przedmiotem krytyki. Intuicyjny charakter owej koncepcji, który jednak trudno przełożyć na język nauki i praktyki, fascynuje od ponad dwóch dziesięcioleci. Mimo to ponownie zwrócono uwagę na znaczenie relacji społecznych i przenikającego je zaufania, uznawanych za wartościowy zasób jednostek i grup społecznych, a książka Kształtowanie kapitału społecznego. Ujęcie z perspektywy bibliotekoznawczej autorstwa Mai Wojciechowskiej, jednej z prekursorek badań nad kapitałem społecznym w ujęciu bibliotekoznawczym w Polsce, jest pozycją pionierską wśród wydawnictw krajowych.

Der Artikel stellt theologisch – asketische und philosophische Abhandlungen bei Paulinen aus Jasna Góra am Beispiel der Vorträge von P. Xavier Rotter dar. Das Schrifttum zum Thema der im Pauliner Studium gehaltenen Vorlesungen ist äußerst begrenzt und lässt nur zum Teil die Geschichte des Studiums am Kloster Jasna Góra wiederherzustellen. Es ermöglicht die Überprüfung der allgemeinen Rahmen der Chronologie, sowie gibt ein Bild der Fachrichtung, Lehrniveau und Lehrmethoden. Pauliner philosophische Vorlesungen werden am wenigsten untersucht und besitzen keine angemessene Bearbeitung. Von J. Zbudniewek erarbeiteter „Katalog“ zeigt, dass Paulinen die Vorlesungen am St. Barbara Kloster in Częstochowa, im Kloster St. Sigmund und Kloster St. Geist in Warschau angehalten haben. Inhalt und Umfang der Vorträge sind unbekannt. Bisher wurden auch viele Einträge zum Studium nicht analysiert, die in den Annalen der Jasna Gora und Krakau zu finden sind. Mehrere Pauliner Skripte aus einigen Archiven und Bibliotheken wurden auch nicht berücksichtigt, die aber viel Neues zu diesem Thema bringen könnten. Die Grundlage der Quelle des Artikels bilden die Handschriften aus den Archiven der Jasna Góra. Sie bieten eine ausreichende Darstellung der Quelle an, die vom Umfang der Vorträge, deren Höhe und Ausrichtung zu einer bestimmten Schule der Philosophie zeugen. P. Xavier Rotter, als Autor der im Artikel dargestellten Vorträge, genoss eine hohe Autorität und seine Skripte, die theologische und asketische Prinzipien verewigt haben, waren keine rein theoretischen Studien. Vielerorts hat der Autor spezifische praktische Probleme aufgegriffen. Diese Verbindung miteinander der Lehre und Praxis war besonders beliebt bei den Jasna Góra Paulinen und bildete ihr Bewusstsein. Werke von P. Rotter, Begriffe in sehr lesbarer Weise zu verwenden, werden zu den Behandlungen gezählt, die zwar für die asketisch – philosophische Strömung charakteristisch sind, bleiben aber noch im Kreis der theologischen Werke. Diese Skripte sind im Jasna Góra Kreis ein Zeugnis des wachsenden Bildungsbedarfs von Paulinen, die asketisch – moralisches und philosophisches Wissen erwerben können, um es in Anlehnung an gute und getestete Vorbilder zu festigen.

Celem niniejszego opracowania jest przedstawienie znaczenia rozwiązań logistycznych w obszarze agrobiznesu. W pierwszej części pracy opisano politykę rolno-spożywczą w Unii Europejskiej i jej główne cele związane z zagospodarowaniem obszarów wiejskich. Autorki doszły do wniosku, iż współczesna gospodarka żywnościowa może funkcjonować optymalnie jedynie przy zastosowaniu innowacyjnych strategii logistycznych. W dalszej części rozważaniom poddano istotę logistyki w agrobiznesie. Agrologistykę przedstawiono z dwóch perspektyw: w aspekcie niezbędnej wiedzy menadżerskiej wpływającej na styl zarządzania firmą oraz jako system wsparcia technicznego dla przedsiębiorstwa. Artykuł podsumowują wnioski na temat logistycznej perspektywy w agrobiznesie.

The aim of this paper is to present the importance of logistic solutions in the area of agri-business. The first part describes agricultural and food policy in the European Union and its main objectives connected with the development of rural areas. The authors have concluded that the modern food economy functions optimally only when innovative logistic strategies are used. Further part of the paper includes discussion about the importance of logistics in agri-business. Agribusiness has been presented from two perspectives: as the necessary managerial knowledge affecting the style of a company management and as a system for technical support of an enterprise. The paper has been summed up with conclusions about the logistic perspective in agribusiness.
