Perspektywy automatycznej strukturalizacji argumentacji stosowanych w dyskusjach/debatach online

W miarę upowszechniania się zjawiska wyrażania opinii w Internecie pojawia się również potrzeba zadbania o jakość prowadzonych dyskusji. Jednym z obiecujących kierunków doskonalenia dyskusji online jest wykorzystanie analizy argumentacji opartej na technologiach semantycznych oraz technologiach wizualnej prezentacji wyników przetwarzania. Zauważono, że strukturalizując oraz gromadząc w odpowiedni sposób argumenty z tych dyskusji, można uzyskać dostęp do cennych zasobów danych, które w dalszej kolejności mogą być analizowane, wizualizowane i ponownie użyte. Tworzenie narzędzi wspierających prowadzenie i analizę debat online powinno się opierać na wybranej teorii argumentacji. Rozwiniętą koncepcją tego typu systemu informacyjnego jest World Wide Argument Web (WWAW) mający zastosowanie zarówno naukowe, jak i praktyczne. Rozwiązanie to wymaga ciągle dużego nakładu pracy i zaangażowania osób chcących realizować ideę WWAW. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie koncepcji World Wide Argument Web oraz ukazanie możliwości automatyzacji analizy i wizualnej reprezentacji argumentów występujących w debatach internetowych.

As the spreading phenomenon of expression of opinions on the Internet, there is also a need to ensure the quality of discussions. One of the promising directions of online discussions improvement is the use of analysis of argumentation based on semantic and visual presentation technologies. It was noted that by the arguments structuring and collecting in a proper way it is possible to get the access to valuable data that can be analyzed, visualized and reused subsequently. Creating of online debates supporting tools should be based on selected argumentation theory. An example of the developed concepts of this type of information systems is World Wide Argument Web (WWAW) applicable to both scientific and practical. This solution still requires a lot of work and commitment of those who want to realize the idea of WWAW. The aim of this paper is to present the concept of WWAW and to show an ability to automate the analysis and visual representation of arguments published in online debates.

This work has been initiated bu the NTIE (National Association of Business Informatics) that is heading to make considerabe effort to engage the broader busines informatics community in a dialog to promote Business Informatics as a scientific discipline and to improve educational programs. This article is an attempt to sketch the curricula guidelines for undergraduate study in Business Informatics. In the article the current curricula in Business Informatics at the leading Polish universities of economics have been described and analyzed. To provide concrete guidance on curricular structure and future developments the proposition of undergraduate study has been presented with a few exemples of actual core courses.
