The author presents rational arguments for effective rehabilitation. He use the influences of the evidence-based trend. He attempts to resolve the crisis in corrective actions in educational work with minors. He categorizes for this purpose the factors influencing effective social rehabilitation - he analyzes the elements of the educational reality located on the side of the rehabilitated person, the social rehabilitation educator, interaction programs and the environment. The exploration of the studied space was made by the author in a manner based on scientific evidence, taking into account the analysis of the literature on the subject.

Wykorzystując wpływy nurtu evidence based, autor przedstawia racjonalne argumenty przemawiające za skuteczną resocjalizacją. Tym samym podejmuje on próbę zażegnania kryzysu w działaniach korekcyjnych w pracy wychowawczej z osobami nieletnimi. W tym celu kategoryzuje czynniki wpływające na skuteczną resocjalizację – analizuje elementy rzeczywistości wychowawczej lokujące się po stronie osoby resocjalizowanej, wychowawcy resocjalizującego, programów oddziaływań oraz środowiska. Eks-ploracji badanej przestrzeni autor dokonuje na podstawie dowodów naukowych, z uwzględnieniem analizy literatury przedmiotu.
