In the series of recently published papers, the concept of Virtual Business Decision Support Systems has been proposed. The aim of this paper is to prove the thesis that such systems and their users form Virtual Organisations. The soundness of this thesis is implied by the VB DSS definition itself but can also be derived from the effects on organisation which the implementation of VB DSS brings about.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest udowodnienie tezy, iż systemy te formują wraz ze swoimi użytkownikami Organizację Wirtualną. Istotność tej tezy wynika z samej definicji WB-SWD, jak również z efektów, jakie wnosi dla organizacji wdrożenie WB-SWD.
