In this article the questions of development of financial relations are considered between the industrial enterprises of machine-building industry, communal sphere and by jars in the process of reengineering of business processes of productive sphere. Offered competences of industrial enterprise and bank during realization of the investment regional program, which is directed on reengineering of motor transport complex of enterprises of communal sphere, as development of the system of competences of industrial enterprise “Sumygazmash” at forming of the associated company LTD “Sumygazmashcapital” and bank the Sumy branch of propulsion “Raifaisenbank-Aval” during financing of the program of translation of motor transport on the compressed natural gas.

This article describes how a comprehensive assessment of alternative programs reengineering of business-processes of industrial enterprises by economic risk, which helps to choose the best program reengineering of business-processes in view of the minimal impact of the economic risk to carry out the redesign of business processes by type of risk, namely financial, manufacturing, marketing. The author of the proposed criteria for a comprehensive evaluation of alternative programs reengineering of business-processes that include performance evaluation of internal and external business-processes, depending on the exposure to the types of economic risk in the process of a radical redesign of business processes. This comprehensive assessment of alternative programs, reengineering business-processes carried out on the basis of the industrial enterprises of JSC PEC “Sumygazmash”. Our calculation of a comprehensive assessment of three alternative programs using the distances selected first program by a minimum value of a comprehensive assessment.

The paper assessed the economic potential of industrial enterprises during the reengineering of business-processes. The author has established a system of indicators that reflect the stage of formation, adaptation and development of the economic potential during the reengineering of business - processes in the enterprise. The dynamics of economic indicators cycle components of the economic potential of industrial enterprise Public Joint Stock Company «Sumy Frunze Machine-Building Science and Production Association» during the re-engineering of business processes and held their normalization. Calculated integral indicator of the economic potential of industrial enterprises in the stages of its formation, adaptation and development. The author of a certain synergistic effect on the functioning of the economic potential of reengineering activities during system implementation class ERP–II (Enterprise Resource Planning) at the enterprise Public Joint Stock Company «Sumy Frunze Machine-Building Science and Production Association». Investigated the synergistic effect on the components of the economic potential of industrial enterprise Public Joint Stock Company «Sumy Frunze Machine-Building Science and Production Association» during the reengineering of business-processes.
