The article defines the features of the implementation of sustainable development policies in the field of environmental modernization of regional nature use, namely: improving the management in environmental modernization, forming a system of regulatory instruments of socio-economic systems in the context of green growth, the greening of the socio-economic development of the region, the formation of environmental modernization indicators of socio-economic systems. Environmental modernization of socio-economic systems is defined as the main direction of “greening” the economy of the region to be managed in an environmentally-oriented innovation policy. This research identifies the following spheres of environmental modernization of socio-economic systems: environmental modernization of production, environmental modernization of consumption, environmental modernization of management, environmental modernization of business, environmental modernization of information and resource sectors, environmental modernization of society. Relationship between spheres is set.

Modern tendencies are marked by economic risk factors which compromise their ability to sustainable development. The article discusses the theoretical and methodological approach to strategic planning for the portfolio of innovative projects. It allows to realize economically reasonable and environmental safety projects that are focused on sustainable development concept. Problems of formation of the portfolio of innovative projects in the modern conditions of managing, is a major factor for the development of environmental economics and environmental protection in the region. Necessity of decision-making and coordination of ecological and economic interests of business and society encourages to consider the specific use of information instruments during the formation ecological-focused portfolio of innovative projects in the region. This research defines the key steps that will help to form the projects portfolio in the region and features of using of information instruments in this process, key functional stages of formation of the portfolio of eco-oriented of innovative projects in the region.

In article lacks of the system taxation in Ukraine and a way of their decision are considered. On the basis of acceptance of the Tax code reforming tax system is considered. The article defined theoretical and methodological bases of modernization of system standards for sustainable development, namely the improvement of standards for factors of influence, for factors of perceptions and for standards governing the interaction between them in the field of regional development, the formation of standards for the regulation of social and economic systems in the context of green growth, greening socio-economic development, the formation of ecological modernization due to socio-economic systems. Directions upgrading standards of sustainable development is defined as the main premise of "greening" the economy of the region, which must be managed through international argument and innovation policy. Identify areas such modernization of standards: standards species modernization, improving standards and types of consideration the time factor and the reaction of the socio-economic that effect on standards. Establish the relationship between areas.
