In this article, the author describes his reflections on the practical effects of the judgment of the Constitutional Tribunal from the perspective of economic entities. The research methods used by the author were the empirical method and the formal-dogmatic method. The author has attempted to clarify the doubts arising from the judgment in question.

Metodą badawczą użytą przez autora była metoda formalno-dogmatyczna. Autor podjął próbę wyjaśnienia wątpliwości powstałych na tle przedmiotowego wyroku.
