Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that allows making telephone calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line. There are many benefits of using it in business. VoIP is much cheaper than standard telephony and offer a lot of useful applications that support employees and management in a company.
