The author's approach is based on the synthesis of theoretical ideas about information, considering information as a universal factor of organization, predetermining occurrence, stability and transformation of all the types of natural and social systems. Use of modern systemic ideas about information allows going on with study of mechanisms for communication of potential information in self-organization and self-development processes within any kind of systems. Synchronous embedding of systemic ideas about information into methodologies of natural sciences and humanities opens up wide possibilities for analysis of most essential properties of systemic organization of the being, from atoms of chemical elements to studies of information component of social phenomena and processes.
