The author analyzes various ways of interpreting the concept "organization" and ponders on choice of a term most useful in the present social and economic conditions of Yugoslavia. Terminological deliberations lead to the outlining of main areas on which developnent of the Yugoslavian organizational thought should be focussed. The author stresses usefulness of the Marxist analysis in this respect pointing simultaneously at the necessity of developing and expanding it.
