The author asks a question about range of interest of landowners from Polish Kingdom in periods before the enfranchisement. Author makes estimated calculations from which result, that from 4000 owners possessing medium and large property, because only they could show any interest of this type of action, only about 260 landowners show activity in this area. In author’s convention key to understanding a landowner’s relations to working on things of development of industry is in their basis in the face of deeper agrarian reform, inclusive with enfranchisement. It was in a word as many followers of industrializations as followers of enfranchisement. Identification of this group may make only after carrying out wide examination, but to execute this task, it is necessary historian’s team.

It is difficult to answer the question of how to write about national uprisings in school textbooks and other studies, because such historical events are very complex, and their evaluation is multifaceted. It is easier to answer the question of how not to write and how not to teach about uprisings: do not write about them carelessly and in haste, do not present them in a simplified manner, do not indicate who is guilty in an unjustified manner, do not foresee the consequences.

Autor podejmuje w opracowaniu kwestię roli ekonomicznej państwa socjalistycznego i dowodzi, te państwo winno sprawować suwerenną władzę nad gospodarką. W przekonaniu Autora dla sprawowania przez państwo takiej roli decydujące znaczenie ma prawidłowa ukształtowania trojakiego typu relacji i relacji między instytucjonalnym otoczeniem a państwem, relacji w obrębie państwa a ściślej w obrębia centrum gospodarczego oraz relacji między centrum gospodarczym a przedsiębiorstwami. W treści opracowania wyjaśnione jest pojęcie suwerennej władzy państwa, nad gospodarką, Jak i treść i uwarunkowania wymienionych wyżej trzech typów relacji. Autor, odwołując się do wyników badań dowodzi, te kształt tych relacji jest daleki od pożądanego. W końcowej części opracowania podjęta Jest próba wyjaśnienia głównych przyczyn takiego stanu rzeczy.
