W artykule przyjęto, że pomiędzy kategorią interesów pracobiorców a ich partycypacją w procesach decyzyjnych powinny zarysowywać się określone relacje, dlatego podjęto próbę rozpoznania tych relacji. W tym celu przedstawiono wyniki badań empirycznych dotyczących identyfikacji interesów pracobiorców w przedsiębiorstwach zlokalizowanych na terenie Dolnego Śląska.

The study is an attempt at verifying correlations, if any, between employee interests and employee participation as categories of the decision-making process. The nature of these correlations is presented, based on results of empirical research on the practical realization of employee interests in companies operating in the Lower Silesia region of Poland.
