Efficiency as a measure synthesizes and takes into account the efficiency and management. It’s also a real ability to raise its market position and financial performance. The measure of performance of operators at the level of operational and strategic economic efficiency is considered to achieve the best results. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of farms running farm accountancy FADN in the region of Pomorze and Mazury. In the paper the costs, incomes and value of plant and animal production were analyzed. The analysis proved the improvement of efficiency in the years 2007–2011.

Efektywność jako miara syntetyzuje i uwzględnia sprawność i gospodarowanie. Jest to także realna zdolność do podnoszenia pozycji rynkowej i osiąganych wyników finansowych. Miarą osiągnięć podmiotów gospodarczych na poziomie operacyjnym i strategicznym jest efektywność ekonomiczna i to ona jest uważana za granicę osiągania najlepszych wyników. Celem badań była ocena efektywności gospodarstw prowadzących rachunkowość rolną FADN w regionie Pomorza i Mazur. W pracy analizie poddano koszty, dochody oraz wartość produkcji roślinnej i zwierzęcej. Analiza dowiodła poprawy efektywności gospodarstw w latach 2007–2011.
