Artykuł poświęcony jest zagadnieniu metod "wykrywania kłamstwa w kryminalistyce i psychologii sądowej. Szczegółowo opisane są kwestie filozoficzne, językowe i psychologiczne związane z pojęciem kłamstwa. Przybliżone są metody potocznie określane jako "służące detekcji kłamstwa" wraz z dokładną analizą przedmiotu ich detekcji oraz zakresu użyteczności w praktyce. W artykule poruszone są również kwestie wiarygodności psychologicznej świadka i zeznania.

The article discusses the issue of methods of "lie detection" in criminology and forensic psychology. Considerations are described in detail philosophical, linguistic and psychological associated with the concept lies. Approximate methods are commonly referred to as "used to detect lies" along with a thorough analysis of the subject of their detectionand usability in practice. The article raised issues of credibility are also psychological and witness testimony.
