Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zmieniających się modeli biznesowych w turystyce. Część teoretyczna powstała na podstawie przeglądu literatury w zakresie dotychczasowego dorobku naukowego poświęconego Online Travel Agency. W części badawczej, wykorzystując analizę przypadku firmy TripAdvisor, przedstawiono zmiany modeli biznesowych w ujęciu chronologicznym. Przeprowadzone badania pokazały, jak zmieniał się model biznesowy w trakcie rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa.

Unstable socio-economic conditions contribute to the emergence of new methods of generating profit by enterprises. Modern trends, speed of access and the ability to compare offers at the same time without leaving home are determinants that contribute to even faster development of the OTA sector. The aim of the article is to present the changing business models in tourism. The theoretical part was created on the basis of a literature review, which presents the characteristics of OTA’s activities. The research part, which was based on the analysis of the TripAdvisor application case, presents changes in business models in the company’s development process. The research showed how the business model has changed over the course of the company’s development.
