W artykule podjęto zagadnienie wykorzystania środków finansowych z funduszy europejskich na rozwój zagospodarowania turystycznego gmin nadmorskich Pobrzeża Bałtyku w Polsce. Dokonano szczegółowej analizy absorpcji funduszy unijnych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem tych priorytetów, które związane są z poprawą atrakcyjności turystycznej gmin nadmorskich oraz z rozwojem ich zagospodarowania turystycznego. Analizy dokonano na podstawie danych Ministerstwa Rozwoju Regionalnego dotyczących rozdziału środków finansowych z funduszy europejskich objętych finansowaniem w latach 2007–2013.

The article discusses the use of financial resources from European funds for tourism development in coastal communes on the Baltic Coast in Poland. A detailed analysis of the use of EU funds has been carried out, with particular emphasis on those priorities which are related to the improvement of the tourism attractiveness of coastal communes and to their tourism development. The analyses have been made on the basis of data from the Ministry of Regional Development concerning the allocation of European funds in 2007-13.

In this article was taken an issue of evaluation of tourist attractiveness of Zachodniopomorskie region. The tourist attractiveness of Zachodniopomorskie region is strongly differentiated. For the evaluation of its tourist attractiveness was used the bonitation evaluation. Basing on the 31 factors described tourist values, tourist development and tourist movement was made the evaluation of the tourist attractiveness of the Zachodniopomorskie region. For this purpose was made the bonitation maps of the evaluation of values, development and tourist movement and summary map of evaluation of the Zachodniopomorskie region. The lake district communes as Czaplinek, Połczyn-Zdrój, Wałcz, Myślibórz, coastal communes as Wolin, Międzyzdroje, Świnoujście and municipal as Koszalin, Szczecin, Szczecinek and Stargard Szczeciński got the best quality evaluation of theirs tourist attractiveness. From the other sitet some communes situated in the agricultural part of the Zachodniopomorskie region far from the sea, lakes and cities as Karlino, Golczewo, Świerzyno, Stara Dąbrowa, Tychowo and Brojce got the lowest quality evaluations of theirs tourist attractiveness.

The article aims to analyze how tourism looks like in Huculszczyzna – the region which is a mosaic of outstanding natural values of the Ukrainian Carpathians and outstanding values of cultural heritage of the Hutsuls, as well as the towns of Huculszczyzna region. The article analyzes tourist attractiveness of the region with the use bonitation method and it analyzes the status quo of tourism development possibilities in the region of Huculszczyzna, with the special focus on ethnotourism development. Moreover, on the basis of the results of a questionnaire completed by tourists vacationing in the region of Huculszczyzna and by its inhabitants, the author evaluates tourism functioning and its values. The analysis of tourist values, adaptation and tourist turnover in Huculszyczyzna confirms high tourist attractiveness of the region and, at the same time, it shows large reserves in terms of using its tourist and recreational potential.
