The article is devoted to the problem of social relevance of philosophy in the modern complex structured societies involved in the process of globalization. The contemporary philosophy seems to lose its image as an orientations science. The discourse Initiated by German philosophers is devoted to this matter deals with the problem of their professional self-understanding as well as with theoretical and practical requirement of orientation in the social life. There were some ways explicated to prove the social and cultural appointment of the philosophy by complementary application of the heuristic potential of different approaches. The critical acquirement of this experience is very important for the Ukrainian society that is looking for orientation.

Хворобою усіх істориків філософії, мабуть, є жага продовження. Як представниця цього цеху можу сказати за всіх: нам важко дається розставання, а замість слова «кінець» подумки проголошуємо: «Далі буде», бо філософські діалоги ніколи не припиняються.

The article is devoted to analyzing the post-Bolognian reality in Germany. The introduction of testing control in philosophy is critically examined. The structural and curricular changes within German universities which were started after the Bologna declaration had ambivalent consequences in the field of philosophy. The former culture of philosophical researching and teaching is destructed by bachelor and master studies, but new possibilities for confirmation of philosophy are opened.
