Предложено методический подход к определения оптимальных сроков сдачи в аренду земли (пая), что базируется на смешанной стратегии и составляет 3 года. Определено, что при равновеликом выборе стратегии поведения арендодателя предложенный методический подход на основании теории игр полностью определяет современную модель формирования сроков сдачи в аренду земли и является базисом формирования рентных отношений в сельском хозяйстве Украины.
