Functions of “words-phantoms” in authoritarian propagandistic discourse and specificity of their usage in messages of Ukrainian authorities have been analyzed in the article. It has been demonstrated on examples of comparative analysis of the Soviet Agitation and Propaganda Department and genres of official appeals of President of Ukraine that the domination of such lexical means of propagandistic influence makes the authority discourse deprived of sense and ruins communication between authorities and people.

Relation of the problem of the Wish and political practices has been demonstrated, causes of urgency of the basic plots by Marquis de Sade and reception of the basic philosophic symbols of his discourse (sovereignty, excess, transgression) in creative work of philosophers of the 20th century, first of all G. Bataille, have been analyzed. The author specially accentuated the revealing of synthesis of the conception of the Wish by de Sade and S. Freud in the school of J. Lacan and putting this problem into the sphere of Political on the example of excessive perversions of Power and Rebellion as Transgression in S. Žižek. It is shown that the conditions for production of Symbolic and the basis for public Agreement have been completely destructed in contemporary Ukraine after the Restoration-2010, as a result it is the field of opposition of two kinds of sovereignty — the obscene orgy of violence excess on the part of Power and liberating transgression of Rebellion, the Orange revolution of 2004 being its ideal-typical incarnation.

Існує думка, що вся історія філософії є лише коментар до деяких тез Платона. У певному сенсі можна стверджувати, що в новітній період це вже ніщо інше, як розлогий коментар до Канта. Залежно від смаків та світобачення того чи того дослідника імена можна змінювати. Проте важко заперечити, що в другій половині ХХ сторіччя філософська думка (передусім французька) є таким самим коментарем до маркіза де Сада. Ця ситуація є сама по собі досить цікавою, оскільки при ознайомленні з текстами скандального маркіза виникає враження, що численні філософські коментарі набагато цікавіші за ориґінал. По над те, інколи здається, що ці коментарі є містифікацією, штучним формуванням образу мислителя, який нібито передбачив розвиток людської думки та суспільних практик на два сторіччя.

Палагута В.І. Самоідентифікація соціального суб’єкта в дискурсивних просторах. Дніпропетровськ: Видавництво «Інновація», 2010. — 440 с. Можу без перебільшення сказати, що праця Вадима Палагути є подією в сучасній українській філософії; у книзі продемонстровано вихід за межі практик нескінченного коментаторства у сферу автентичного філософствування. Це філософування закамуфльоване під норми «монографічного дискурсу», проте під нейтрально-академічним тоном викладу відчувається глибоко особовий акт думки. Він виявляється, передусім, у виборі теми (заяложена, але «вічна» проблема Суб’єкта), у масштабі самого задуму (представити якусь нову парадигму людської суб’єктивності), у спробі відповіді на, можливо, головне питання для мислячої людини, питання «Хто Я?» (приховане знову ж таки у нейтральній концептуальній упаковці «самоідентифікації»).

An important event in intellectual life of Ukraine was the awarding of firs laureates of just founded Prizes in philosophy. The ceremony was confined to Philosophic readings Philosophy and Society: the Past and the Present, dedicated to the 90th birthday of Marina Zlotina — one of the founders of the Kyiv School of Philosophy. Such arrangements sho uld favour the development of civil society in Ukraine. Philosophy has to take a deserved place in the Ukrainian society that is impossible without realizing its achievements in the history of home science and comprehension of creative legacy of Ukrainian philosophers. Philosophy cannot be withdrawn in its professional framework and has to become a subject of public discourse, a theme for broad discussion in intellectual ranges of our society. These are the arguments of the Editorial Board of the journal “Filosofs’ka dum ka”, when they invited Ukrainian intellectuals to discuss the importance of founding the prizes in philosophy in the context of condition of intellectual tradition in Ukraine.

The round-table sitting dedicated to the Russian-Ukrainian war took place on October 24, 2014. The question was, in particular, of its cultural and historical factors and peculiarities of the conflict of consciousnesses in the course of Ukraine-Russia opposition. The participants have analyzed the phenomenon of the hybrid war as anomia, outlined a rational system of ensuring national security. There have been represented the original interpretation of the war discourse and euphemisation of political leaders’ language as the reduction of truth. The myth of the “Russian world” was considered as the basis of mobilization strategies of the aggressor and cognitive structure of its strategic culture. The correlation between philosophic traditions and the method of fighting the war have been outlined.
